There is a chance you have never heard of employer-branding.
In essence, it's like regular advertising, branding or marketing – its tools, formats and channels are very similar, only instead of goods or services we advertise work. We create an employer’s image, help change the corporate culture, develop branding, write communication strategies, and do a lot of other creative stuff.
The field of employer-branding is relatively new, and this novelty has many pluses!
