Мы занимаемся разработкой и продвижением бренда работодателя. Проще говоря, делаем так, чтобы люди во всём мире любили свою работу.

Чем мы занимаемся

Есть вероятность, что ты сейчас в первый раз слышишь об employer-брендинге.

Это нормально. EB — это новая сфера в России. Настолько новая, что наше агентство с ней почти ровесники.

По сути, это как обычная реклама, брендинг или маркетинг — инструментарий, форматы и каналы очень схожи. Только рекламируем мы не товары или услуги, а работу.

Мы создаём образ работодателя, помогаем менять культуру внутри компаний, разрабатываем брендинг, пишем коммуникационные стратегии и многое другое.

Сфера действительно новая, и у этой новизны много плюсов!

#1 Мы постоянно экспериментируем с рабочими инструментами и методиками. Берём лучшие практики из маркетинга и адаптируем их под HR-задачи.
#2 Наши сотрудники быстро становятся главными экспертами рынка. Мы регулярно побеждаем на международных фестивалях (Rad Awards, EBMA, RMA, Golden Drum) и работаем с иностранными заказчиками. А ещё преподаём во ВШЭ, МГУ, в UU.
#3 Наши клиенты всегда открыты новым идеям. На рынке ещё не существует типовых решений, а значит, мы можем делать по-настоящему уникальные проекты. Например, запустить эко-дроны по всей России с М.Видео, погадать на айтишной гуще с Mail.ru Group, взломать фонтаны с МТС.

We are passionate about we do — to the extent that we have opened our own HR school, (makelove.school) where we teach the tricks of the trade. You too can be part of it.

We do not shy away from new tasks, challenges or daring solutions. Moreover, we have always been open about the challenges we face — that’s why we made an honest reality show about the agency"s work! The show had ten parts and addressed all the stages of a project — from the initial client briefing to the final presentation of the brand book.

Ready to pick up an urgent task? To brainstorm a complicated brief? To hold a colleague’s hand during a nervous business call? We are, because we know it will bring us closer to success (and also because we all love one another).

We are constantly studying, researching, and analyzing. For example, recently we conducted a study of employment-oriented online services and realized that the traditional marketing approach does not work for them.That finding gave birth to our know-how: a distributed social media strategy.
Also, thanks to market research, we came up with our own recruitment software, Apply.

Our tasks are not handed down from the top floor — we encourage and welcome all ideas, while the team is always there to assist in their implementation. A designer proposes to lead a workshop on motion? Fine! A copywriter wants to launch a social project for the elderly? Super! A department head roots for eco-collaboration with a fashion brand? What could be better?!
