makelove is an international employer-branding agency with offices in Moscow, London, Johannesburg and Tbilisi.
We specialize in employer brand building and promotion, helping people all over the world fall in love with their jobs and keep loving them.
What we do

There is a chance you have never heard of employer-branding.

That’s OK.

In essence, it's like regular advertising, branding or marketing – its tools, formats and channels are very similar, only instead of goods or services we advertise work. We create an employer’s image, help change the corporate culture, develop branding, write communication strategies, and do a lot of other creative stuff.


The field of employer-branding is relatively new, and this novelty has many pluses!

  1. #1 We are constantly experimenting with working tools and methods. We take best practices from marketing and adapt them to HR tasks.
  2. #2 Our employees quickly advance to top level expertise. We regularly win awards at international festivals (Rad Awards, EBMA, RMA, Golden Drum) and work with foreign customers. We also teach at HSE, Moscow State University, and UU.
  3. #3 Our clients are always open to new ideas. There are no standard solutions on the market yet, which allows us to come up with truly unique, one-of-a-kind projects. We have launched M.Video eco-drones all over Russia, engaged in IT fortune-telling with Mail.ru Group, and hacked fountains with MTS.

We are passionate about we do — to the extent that we have opened our own HR school, (makelove.school) where we teach the tricks of the trade. You too can be part of it.

We do not shy away from new tasks, challenges or daring solutions. Moreover, we have always been open about the challenges we face — that’s why we made an honest reality show about the agency"s work! The show had ten parts and addressed all the stages of a project — from the initial client briefing to the final presentation of the brand book.

We are constantly studying, researching, and analyzing. For example, recently we conducted a study of employment-oriented online services and realized that the traditional marketing approach does not work for them.That finding gave birth to our know-how: a distributed social media strategy.
Also, thanks to market research, we came up with our own recruitment software, Apply.

Our tasks are not handed down from the top floor — we encourage and welcome all ideas, while the team is always there to assist in their implementation. A designer proposes to lead a workshop on motion? Fine! A copywriter wants to launch a social project for the elderly? Super! A department head roots for eco-collaboration with a fashion brand? What could be better?!
