Senior Strategic Planner

what you’ll do
  • working on projects of a key client of the agency (a large, well-known and modern production company) as a leading strategist;

  • annual planning and participation in budgeting;

  • creating creative briefs;

  • development of company ecosystems;

  • creative development support (briefing, review, storms);

  • participation in the development of media strategy and media plans;

  • definition and tracking of KPIs;

  • curation and analysis of research results (BHT, etc.);

  • independent / with the help of a junior strategist conducting desk research within the framework of their projects;

  • participation in supporting the implementation of campaigns, tracking results and adjusting tactics;

  • supervising a junior strategist, intern within the framework of their projects;

  • presentations and negotiations, including at the C-level;

  • participation in building a long-term strong team relationship with the client;

  • assistance in drawing up roadmaps and estimates for new projects.

what you’ll need
  • work experience in a communication agency;

  • experience in self-creation of communication strategies (not only an insight message, but also a communication plan, ecosystem), long-term communication planning, creation of communication platforms - at least 3 years;

  • experience working with large international or Russian clients;

    Not only hard skills are very important to us, but also soft skills:

  • the ability to look at tasks, communications and relationships not tactically, but strategically;

  • proactivity: the client expects that we will lead him and act as brand managers, and not work on incoming requests;

  • teamwork and excellent communication skills: the ability to gain the authority of colleagues and clients, the willingness to constantly and effectively interact with the creative, managers;

  • responsibility: to be responsible for the client's brand as for your own, the desire to give the client the best service and product;

  • positive experience of long-term work on the same brand;

  • high culture of presentation of the material, the ability to clearly convey your thoughts to different audiences;

  • the skill of working with research;

  • understanding of basic metrics and the ability to apply them;

  • willingness to work with your hands, with the help of one junior strategist;

  • knowledge of English is not lower than B2.
